1. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice by posting the changes on this page.

2. The advertising services may be changed at any time without a specified reason.

3. Your site is not going to be listed on our directory page if violates the rules for an obvious reason.  Each special niche directory has its own rules.

4. You have read our terms of service, and you agree to it.

5. We do not guarantee to increase your company profit.  Our services are provided on an "as is". You agree that you have made your own determination regarding the usefulness of the service.

6. If your site is not approved, we will refund the money. Cancellation of subscription is your decision and responsibility.

We take the privacy of your company information very seriously.  We will only use your company information for the purpose of advertisement on our website and promotion via our newsletter to the subscribers.  Your information will NEVER be sold, or traded with any outside organization.
